Sales and Estimating

Our sales and estimating department staff is trained to partner with you in providing the best solution to your business goals. Our customer relationships have been built over decades, and it is our intent to keep customers for life—so we do everything we can to be sure you are satisfied with your finished product. Our customer service representative is well versed in both prepress and production issues, and can help you make decisions anywhere along the process. All estimates provided are free. Tell us your goals and we will make suggestions during the estimating process to increase your quality and/or reduce your costs (yes, sometimes you can do both!)

Prepress and Creative Services

If you are looking for that creative spark, you can count on our staff to help with design, copy and graphics – anything from minor editing to full-color design. Our designers will make sure your projects always look their best. If you are sending press-ready digital files, our prepress department is the first to view them. They download files from our FTP site, preflight your files and prep them for press. They will double-check color, page layout and go over any other production specifications and contact you with any issues before your job goes to press.

Web Production

Our web production department runs two shifts per day, from 12 midnight until 4:30 p.m. They are responsible for all products run on our 12-unit Goss community non-heatset press with in-line gluer, and produce a wide range of products: newspapers, newsletters, inserts, guides, catalogs, directories, books and magazines, from short to long runs. Our press is outfitted with UV process printing capabilities which allows us to also run coated (glossy) stock. Our press operators have decades of experience and understand quick set ups, quality runs and meeting deadlines.

Sheetfed Production

Our sheetfed production team produces one– to four-color products on three different size presses, along with digital black-and-white and color copying. We also have a large-format inkjet printer to produce small-run high-quality products such as posters. Our staff is trained to understand how important your communication pieces are to your business, and provide you with top quality products that meet your schedule. Along with our offset presses, we have a digital color copier with booklet maker for a quick turnaround when you need things fast.

Mailroom

Mailing is an important part of our business. Our mailroom inserts, labels and produces mail lists for our customers, and runs two shifts per weekday. Our postal experts will work with you to develop the best strategy in postal savings and will even provide you with a mail list for your target market. We are CASS certified and provide NCOA on all customer mail lists. We save you time and money—let us take over the stress of dealing with ever-changing postal regulations. You don’t need to be the expert—we’ll handle it for you!

Bindery

We can put all the finishing touches on your job—our large stitcher-trimmer collates, stitches and trims in one pass. We also fold, laminate, drill, pad, number, comb bind—anything you need to finish your job, we can do.
